    My daughter is a grad student studying for her Master's exam. She accidentally deleted a file containing 600 documents that represented years of work (and emptied her trash with the file in it). Panicked, she called Apple Care (she was still under warranty) and talked to a person who identified themselves as a certified "Apple Genius."
