Your product saved me countless hours and possibly thousands of dollars! Had directory damage on an external hard disk (LaCie 160GB). DiskWarrior ran for about 6 hours, then told me the directory could not be rebuilt. I got estimates of $2000-$3000 from a data recovery service. I tried another utility that could recover certain types of files but not their names or folders. Your product worked quickly and perfectly. The best $99 I've ever spent.
